Digital Products
Since all of our products are digital and accessible for download immediately after
purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the purchase has been completed. By purchasing a
project, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that the product is non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds
We understand that mistakes happen. Refunds will only be issued under the following
conditions:
- The digital product was not delivered to your email or account after successful payment.
- You accidentally purchased the same project twice.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of payment and a
description of the issue.
